delivered and returned statuses are set from WeSell in bulk, by uploading an Excel file of tracking numbers. - **Areas:** Governorates and areas are mapped to the carrier’s own names automatically, so shipments aren’t rejected for a misspelt area. - **Re-sending an order:** Re-sending an edited order updates the same shipment at the carrier. - [Setup steps and status mapping (Arabic)](https://wesell.world/integrations/wingezz/) ## Store platforms ### Shopify Install the WeSell app on your store (or use a Shopify custom app), then import your products in one click. - New orders arrive instantly by webhook, without duplicates if Shopify sends an order twice. - Products are imported with their variants. - Stock flows back: when available stock changes in WeSell, the quantity updates in Shopify. - When the shipment leaves, the order is fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking number. - COD orders are marked paid in Shopify once delivered. - The order’s UTM source is recorded, so you can see which campaign brings orders that actually get delivered. ### WooCommerce Install the WeSell plugin on your WordPress site and paste the connection key from WeSell. - Orders are sent from the store to WeSell the moment they are placed, by the WeSell plugin. - Products are imported with their variations. - Stock flows back to the store when it changes in WeSell, and is restored after a cancellation. - The order status flows back to WooCommerce (processing, completed, cancelled). ### EasyOrders Install the WeSell app from its EasyOrders install link and approve the permissions. - New orders arrive instantly by webhook. - Products are imported from your EasyOrders store. - Stock flows back to EasyOrders when it changes in WeSell. - The order’s UTM source is recorded, so campaigns are compared by delivery rate, not order count. - Orders paid online are marked paid in WeSell when EasyOrders reports the payment. ## Also - **Your own couriers:** add couriers or carriers without an API as a “private shipping company”, print WeSell labels for them and follow their shipments from the same screens. - **WhatsApp Business (ConfirmX):** an official WhatsApp confirmation message for every new order, with the customer’s reply saved on the order. - **ChatGPT and Claude (MCP):** ask about orders, shipping, money and team performance, and let the assistant assign, fix and confirm orders with the permissions you choose. - **API and webhooks:** scoped API keys and signed webhooks for order events.
