WeSell (وي سيل) is an order-operations platform for online stores in Egypt that sell cash on delivery (COD). It takes each order from the store (Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders, manual or Excel), confirms it with the customer on WhatsApp and by a call-center team, reserves stock, creates the shipment with one of 17 integrated Egyptian shipping companies, prints the labels, tracks the shipment, and reconciles the carrier's COD settlement — then reports confirmation, delivery and return rates and profit per order.

## Who it is for

Online stores, brands and media-buying agencies in Egypt that run ads and sell cash on delivery, and the fulfilment centres that operate several brands at once. Each brand can be a separate vendor with its own data and reports while the owner sees all of them.

## How an order flows

1. **The order comes in by itself** from Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders with all its details; a product that does not exist yet is imported automatically. Orders can also be created one by one or uploaded from Excel.
2. **WhatsApp asks first.** Through ConfirmX (official WhatsApp Business API, sent under the store's own brand) the customer gets a confirmation message and their reply is saved on the order.
3. **Automatic distribution to the confirmation team.** Each agent works one queue showing the customer's history, so duplicate orders are caught before they ship twice. Agent actions: confirm, no answer, postpone by a number of days, duplicate, cancel. A search-only mode stops agents from browsing customer data.
4. **On confirmation, two things happen:** stock is reserved across four separate stock levels, and the shipment is created at the shipping company through its API.
5. **Labels and statuses.** Labels are printed in batches from WeSell. For carriers with automatic tracking the status comes back on its own until delivered or returned; for the others statuses are updated in bulk from an Excel file of tracking numbers.
6. **Close the month on numbers, not estimates.** Live analytics, per-agent and per-carrier performance, a profit calculator that gives the maximum ad cost per order, and carrier settlement reconciliation by uploading the carrier's Excel file.

## FAQ

### Is the system hard for my team?
The confirmation agent works on a single screen, every page has a video walkthrough, and the team gets full training at onboarding.

### Can my agents take my customer data?
In search mode an agent sees no orders in the list and must search by mobile number, order number or tracking number to open one order — and every action is logged under their name.

### How is WhatsApp charged?
ConfirmX is free. The store connects its own official WhatsApp Business account with Sign in with Meta and pays Meta for messages directly — no middleman margin.

### I run more than one brand.
Each brand gets a separate vendor role with its own data and reports, and the owner sees all of them. Media-buying agencies and fulfilment centres work this way.

### Can orders get lost?
Integrations run on webhooks and every event is logged with its success rate. After an outage, orders are imported when the connection is back — and orders can also be uploaded from Excel.

### Does it work on mobile?
Yes — desktop, mobile and tablet, in Arabic and English.
