How an order flows through WeSell

Orders come in by themselves. From Shopify, WooCommerce, EasyOrders with every detail; a product that doesn’t exist yet is imported automatically. Orders can also be created by hand or uploaded from Excel.
WhatsApp asks first. Through ConfirmX (official WhatsApp Business API, under your own brand) the customer gets a confirmation message and the reply is saved on the order — your agent starts from where the customer stands.
Automatic distribution to the team. Every agent works one queue with the customer’s history in front of them, so duplicates are caught before they ship twice: confirm, no answer, postpone by days, duplicate, cancel.
At confirmation, two things happen. Stock is reserved across four separate levels, and the shipment is created at the carrier you choose — any of 17 — in the same moment.
Labels and statuses. Labels are printed in batches from WeSell. Carriers with automatic tracking report each status back until delivered or returned; for the others you update statuses in bulk from Excel.
Close the month on numbers. Live analytics, per-agent and per-carrier delivery rates, a profit calculator with the maximum ad cost per order, and carrier settlement reconciliation by uploading the carrier’s Excel.
