A carrier’s dashboard (such as Bosta’s) manages shipments with that carrier only: creating shipments, tracking and COD reports. With one carrier and no confirmation team or stock, it may be enough. Once you work with several carriers or a team, you need a system above them that brings the orders and the numbers together.
